The average monthly maintenance cleaning cost is around $500 for a 2,500 square foot office cleaned once a week. For this surface, prices can vary enormously depending on the type of business, with prices as low as $200 and up to $1,000, which is still very rare.

Hourly rates by establishment type
Hourly rates are regulated and average between $35 and $45 per hour. The lowest rates (such as $25 per hour) apply only for residential services as they are unregulated. For larger jobs requiring multiple people, the hourly cost will be billed per person (Ex. 3 people x $25 will cost you $75).
Commercial offices
From a certain size, we generally bill per square foot as this method is more practical for large volumes.
Medical facilities, pharmacies and clinics
Due to additional risks and more demanding disinfection, these premises require more time than ordinary commercial spaces.
Restaurants
Costs vary considerably according to their configurations. Kitchen cleaning costs more and can reach $45 to $50 with heavy equipment (steam cleaners, hot water pressure).
Residential buildings
Regulated residential building maintenance cleaning services.
Post-construction cleaning
Specialized rate for post-construction cleaning with debris and dust.
Surface-based rates
This pricing method is more practical when dealing with large volumes to be processed.
Offices/commercial
For establishments under 12,000 square feet. We can reduce rates for larger surfaces, and certainly will not exceed a ceiling of $0.50, even for industrial buildings.
Package-based rates
Our company can charge a flat rate for certain jobs if it seems appropriate or simply more practical for all parties.
Office maintenance cleaning
We can charge a fixed amount per room or per task (for example a price for each window, etc...).
Building maintenance cleaning
For property owners who need to have common areas cleaned, we can charge based on the number of doors in the building lobby. Additional work (gyms, pools, garages) are added on top.
