Hourly rates by establishment type

Hourly rates are regulated and average between $35 and $45 per hour. The lowest rates (such as $25 per hour) apply only for residential services as they are unregulated. For larger jobs requiring multiple people, the hourly cost will be billed per person (Ex. 3 people x $25 will cost you $75).

Commercial offices

From a certain size, we generally bill per square foot as this method is more practical for large volumes.
